How does the £10 work — per what?

£10 per service user, per month — the people you support. Staff accounts are free and unlimited, so your bill never grows just because you hire. No annual lock-in, cancel anytime.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

Only if you want it. Onboarding — data migration from your existing system, initial setup, and team training — is an optional one-off £995. You're free to set things up yourself at no extra cost.

Do you only work in Scotland?

Yes. SoftCare is built specifically for providers regulated by the Care Inspectorate in Scotland — the quality framework, self-evaluation, and the evidence inspectors look for.

Can I add or remove users anytime?
